[Resolved]Errors On Overview.php And Others

When I goto the overview in minerva in Components, I get these errors:
IPB WARNING [2] fopen() [function.fopen]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration (Line: 185 of /path/to/site/public_html/forums/ips_kernel/class_file_management.php)

IPB WARNING [2] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() (Line: 76 of /h/path/to/site/public_html/forums/modules/minerva/admincp/overview.php)

Then on the sites index.php, I get this error:
IPB WARNING [2] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() (Line: 252 of /sources/lib/func_boardstats.php)

You should contact your host and ask then to enable allow_url_fopen in your php.ini, or if you have access to php.ini turn on url_fopen.

And about the other errors, first fix this one then try re-installing and see what happens then.

My host gave me a no due to security reasons.

I'll try to make a patched overview.php for you.
Try using some of the other features, do they work?

It doesn't seem to be a problem with that file, are you sure you did all the file edits? I would double check.

I triple checked the file edits. They are all correct.

it seems that your hosts is stupid and ripping you off.
I will setup a javascript version of this.

I know the host personally and his server is for security. It has level 3 DDoS Protection and it is very secure. He wont do anything that will decrease security even a tiny bit.

How long for the javascript version?

It does seem a little extreme, I mean are you really running a site that needs that much security?
