i add the list some macros like ğ=g ı=i ş=s..

Is this in a Minerva option, as they already have replacements, so therefore the two replacements might be "fighting" with each othe

in minerva seo opts. in components tab. it isn't about with skin.

Here is the patch:
upload it to sources\components_acp\setting_plugins\ and chmod 755 or 777 this will be added to mseo 0.0.6

yes "ı" is being "y" but i add it to replacement macros like: ı=i
