Hi.
I've just installed mseo on a ipb 2.3.1. I followed the instructiones precisely, but now when I try to access the forum all I get is a long wait, and the Firefox says: "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.". IE just throws a timeout. AdminCP works just fine. Also, when I try to access the board from the server its self, using links or lynks, it works fine. The board address is: http://bmwzone.ro/forums Any pointers ? LE: Meanwhile, I tried upgrading to 0.1.0. I've overwritten the files and modified index.php, and now the board does show, but with that big-ass php error/warning on top. And now, I get some similar errors in the admin cp. |

well it seems that the include.php files found in modules/minerva/tools/ has been corrupted please redownload and upload via binary mode. and chmodd 0777 or 0755 depending on your server.

I did chmod the include.php file, and now I get the same result as with the 0.5.0 version - The page isn't redirecting properly / Timed out.
What's wrong here ? LE: Apparently I'm not the only one who's 2.3.1 IPB does no longer "show" after installing mseo. |

this is normally due to a trailing slash in the conf_global.php
under the forum url you should not have a trailing slash. please edit it out. -------------------- Remember to please use the bug tracker for all bugs and errors, it is more organised that way.

There is no trailing slash in my conf_global.php.
Again, when I try to access the board locally from the server with links/lynx everything works great. When I try to access it remotely with Firefox / IE I get nothing. Also, the load on the server increases dramatically for ~5 seconds. Right now I have replaced the files from mseo with the original ones, until we can make it work. Thanks. |

i have to investigate on this.
normally it only goes very very very slow if I am running it on my localhost, but i don't lose page load time on my linux box. could it be the OS? or something to do with the amount of memory allocated to ipb? what is the max memory for php on your board setup? -------------------- Remember to please use the bug tracker for all bugs and errors, it is more organised that way.

The board runs on a dedicated Debian Linux box.
In php.ini I have memory_limit = 256M. IPB is not limited in any way besides that. The strange thing is that when I access the board locally from the server I dont get any weird load or delays. |

That's out of the question. I downloaded and extracted the .zip file on the server it's self. There was no upload.
