Hi guys,
I have just installed Minerva on my live board after testing it on a test board which went fine but now i'm having problems with the skin not loading properly, especially the sidebars (i have mk portal intergrated into my invision board) and the site seems to freeze and has trouble loading on any of the furl enabled pages,

if i turn the "furl" option off in the admin cp its all fine but as soon as i turn it back on the skins do not load properly and the site doesn't want to load again, i have checked about 10 times the settings mainly the image url which im 99% is correct,

my website is here:
http://www.fish-keeper.net/Forum

any help would be great as i really would like this mod installed and working as it looks great,

Screenshots:

Before (without furl enabled)
Attached File  forum1.jpg ( 258.51K ) Number of downloads: 7

After (with furl option enabled) - sidebar skins do not load and site takes over 120 seconds to load.
Attached File  forum2.jpg ( 222.29K ) Number of downloads: 8

thank you in advance, smile.gif

I may be wrong, but your boards both appear to be nulled (http://www.fish-keeper.net/Forum and http://www.fish-keeper.net/forum) .. if they are, the problem might be in how they were recoded, and not in the SEO module.

Regardless, you should board, if you don't already own it.. especially with using an SEO. The more people who know about your board, the more vulnerable you are to being hacked.

On the other hand, I just checked and most of the links are, in fact, not working on your portal side brackets.. more than likely. According to the pics you posted, you have FURL disabled right now.. the SEO module is more than likely conflicting with how the links and image paths are parsed in that portal.

The best thing to do is check the portal mod guide and see if anything pops out at you

hi, the board is not nulled, well i certainly hope not seeing as its been fully paid for! it has only just been updated to 2.3.3 which was also downloaded from invision's official site a few weeks ago when i got back from holiday,
i do have a lot of mods installed on the site but this shouldn't really affect minerva to be honest,

but thank you for your help anyway, i uninstalled minerva and found the site is back to full speed again with no loading or skin problems at all and i have found an alternative seo program that doesn't cause me any site problems or conflicts,

for some reason the script won't work on nulled boards. I don't have any explaination.
