For the life of me I can't seem to get friendly urls to work. I have followed the steps and everything, but that seems to work fine. I have an htaccess file and it's been chmodded to 777. I also have the default seo_settings.php file in the root directory with the correct permissions. I also don't understand why the .htaccess file is empty.

Any help would be appreciated,
William

I think you either don't have mod rewrite OR you are putting the wrong folder for the SEO settings.

Whats your URL?

We can check if you have mod_rewrite by doing a HTTP Header check on your website.

try this:

find in : sources/components_acp/settings_plugins/minerva.php

CODE
    require_once(ROOT_PATH.'modules/minerva/sources/build.php');
    $b = new build(ROOT_PATH, $this->ipsclass->vars['mseo_www'],$this->ipsclass->vars['mseo_folder_name']);
            $b->data = '';
        $b->writeit();

change to:

CODE
//        require_once(ROOT_PATH.'modules/minerva/sources/build.php');
//        $b = new build(ROOT_PATH, $this->ipsclass->vars['mseo_www'],$this->ipsclass->vars['mseo_folder_name']);
//        //            $b->data = '';
//        $b->writeit();

then go to your /.htaccess

find:
CODE
RewriteBase /

replace with
CODE
#RewriteBase /
