Ipb Seo (mseo) 0.3.0 Coming Soon

I am going to start preparing the release of a new version very soon.
At the moment it seems there are a few errors that needs to be ironed out, so this will only be a bug fix, until i release 0.3.0.

this version will include:

1. fixed character replacement
2. improved furl
   1. includes turkish, russian, french, german translit, but the appropriate charset needs to be enabled on the board, and on the sql table if it applies to your server specs
3. fixed error handling for closed board, instead of permanent server error it will be temporary server error
4. some fix to the sitemap to try to include a custom made schema for xml sitemap, so that additional info doesn't create errors or warnings
5. fix for additional description
6. Added additional description as a template for different board languages
7. general clean up of the source and functions
8. fix wrong date and time in xmlsitemap
9. enable sitemap for non-furl
10. fixed error with blank URL
11. error 404 redirect
12. fix index.php problem with portal
13. fixed blank url bug
14. fixed passworded forums bug

Before i release 1.0.0 GOLD the following feature will be implemented

1. custom error 404 [100% done]
2. full fix for image error [0%]
3. accronym generator [0%]
4. convert ip.gallery, ip.blog, ip.downloads to furl [0%]
5. make unreal portal work with mseo[10%]
6. improve tag system

On a side note I am looking for testers to test the releases before releasing it to the public.
If you are interested please pm me requesting to be put on the list.

added: anonymous redirect, yet another feature which i couldn't disable as easily as enabling it.

this allows you to select which forums it acts upon and which domains to whitelist

I ve FURL with polish national words, it works really good, but I cant use polish words in tags, so I'm waiting for your new version mod!

I use the unreal portal on my forum. When can I expect that part to be fixed?

well not immediately maybe after this version i will include an unrealportal fix

Addition: feature to allow to hide external urls in private forums so that no one can view. this is not really SEO but an option which is good to keep up with competition without knowing. The system uses anonym.to and hiderefer.com to hide links.

not only it hide links in post but every other external link in that forum and topics in that forum.
you may even whitelist the hosts which you do not want to hide referral from

new feature coming up in versions after this one, code name linkmatrix; this will solve things that other SEO products for other systems couldn't do.
Let's just say its very unique and that it will solve most needs of the users regarding link.

I am also planning on re-writing the link replacement function to a more flexible link change

i've got an untested version released to the pre-release team, i believe that around wednesday i will post it publicly.
tuesday I will install it here
