Hey,
A really bad usability fault is when you click any of the social book mark links i.e. Digg, Myspace etc. It opens up a partially visable pop-up window. It would be much more better, usable and won't piss users off because they have to reszie the window... can you make it so it opens up in a new window/tab target="_blank" should do it mate.
