Ok one more thing before I upload.
I made the changes to these files and to index.php which I downloaded from my forum folder.
Affected files:
Lofiversion/index.php
sources/action_admin/spiderlogs.php
sources/classes/class_display.php
sources/classes/class_display.php
sources/classes/class_forums.php
sources/classes/class_session.php
sources/lib/func_topic_linear.php
sources/action_public/forums.php
sources/action_public/profile.php
sources/action_public/topics.php
sources/ipsclass.php
Now I just upload these to the folders they come from like this->
ipbseo_install <-- this stays in the forum folder where index.php is?
modules <-- everything in here goes into my forums sources folder? Overwriting is ok?
sources <-- everything in here goes into my forums sources folder? Overwriting is ok?
.htaccess.dist <--forum folder where index.php is?
default404.html <--forum folder where index.php is?
mseo_redirect.php <--forum folder where index.php is?
rename_sitemap.php.dist <--forum folder where index.php is?
seo_settings.php.dist <--forum folder where index.php is?
Just want to make sure so I dont overwrite things that shouldnt be overwritten.

Yep you can over-write. There's no folders or files that it will overwrite.
